Seminar content | The first part of the course will focus on providing an overview of what theory is and address its relevance in the digital age. In particular, the value of theorizing to build a theory will be discussed. In the second part of the course, several specific approaches to theory building (e.g., metatriangulation) will be introduced and analyzed, using examples from recent articles published in leading information systems and management journals. |
